Cindy Lay was a train on with the Melbourne Victory team in Season 4, but finally made the step up to the first team this season. Despite her tender age, the midfielder has looked uncowed in her few appearances so far, whether they be on the wing or in the middle of the field. // Born in Dili, East Timor, the 18 year old made her first Young Matildas training camp in October and will be hoping for plenty of other opportunities in the future.
